Processing Time

Please allow us 2-3 weeks to create your order before shipping. We strive to ship your items as soon as possible, but as a small, dedicated team, we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Partners

We use DHL for domestic delivery and DHL Express Worldwide for all international orders to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

We offer free shipping for all orders as below:

• Domestic Orders: Free delivery on ALL Malaysia orders.

• International Orders: Dear customers, international shipping is temporarily paused while we review our delivery options and pricing. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update you once international orders resume. Thank you for your patience! 

Made to Order Shipping and Delivery Information

How Made to Order Work

Placing a Made to Order: When you order, you are reserving a handcrafted piece that is made-to-order and not yet ready for immediate shipment. Payment is processed at the time of order placement to secure your item.

Estimated Shipping Date: Each orders require up to 2-3 weeks for meticulous handcrafting before shipment. While we aim to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to the meticulous nature of our craftsmanship.

Shipping Process

Notification of Shipment: Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

• Domestic Orders (Malaysia): Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days.

• International Orders: Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination but typically take 5-7 business days.

Delivery Details

Combined Shipping: If you order a made to order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will be held until the made to order item is ready. This ensures that all items arrive together in one shipment.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello.rareonus@gmail.com. Cancellations are accepted only before the item enters production.

Important Notes

Delays: As each piece is crafted by hand, items may occasionally require extra time. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.

Commitment to Quality: Every piece is individually crafted, not mass-produced. We appreciate your patience in receiving a piece that is meticulously designed, made with care, and uniquely yours.

Important Information

• Customs and Duties: Rareonus cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. You may be charged duties, taxes, or surcharges imposed by your country as your order passes through customs. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Gifts will still go through standard import procedures and may be taxable if above a local threshold. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.

• Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

• Delivery Times: Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

• COVID-19 Delays: Due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers, we may experience longer shipping and delivery times. Rest assured, we will get your jewels to you as soon as possible!
