All purchases made through Rareonus are considered final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Our pre-order and made-to-order creations are carefully handcrafted, and as such, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Subtle variations in color, texture, or shape are natural characteristics of artisanal jewelry and are not considered defects, they are the mark of its uniqueness.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work closely with you to verify the issue and if confirmed, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that damages resulting from mishandling, improper care, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs and any associated taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
If you need to ship items back to us, please use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number for your records. Rareonus cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship. Unfortunately, lost parcels will not be eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products returned to Rareonus will undergo a thorough evaluation. Items that do not meet our specified conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
