3. Where are you located? Rareonus is based in Malaysia, but we ship our beautiful jewelry worldwide.
Ordering & Shipping
1. How long does it take to process my order? For in-stock items, please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare your order before shipping. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, but as a small, dedicated team, we appreciate your patience.
2. How do made to orders work? Made to orders are available for our exclusive, handmade in-house designs. Since these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they have a longer processing time. Each item will have an estimated 2-3 weeks for production. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to slight changes due to the nature of handmade production.
3. Can I cancel my order? All sales are final and cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
4. What shipping methods do you use? We use DHL for domestic orders and DHL Express Worldwide for all international orders to ensure timely and safe delivery.
5. What are your shipping costs? Our shipping costs vary based on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for detailed information.
6. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders as below:
Domestic Orders: Free delivery on ALL Malaysia orders.
International Orders: Dear customers, international shipping is temporarily paused while we review our delivery options and pricing. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update you once international orders resume. Thank you for your patience!
7. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. What if my country isn't listed in your shipping options? If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.
8. Are there countries you do not ship to? Yes, we do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, Israel, Brunei, Indonesia, Russia, and countries involved in conflicts or with stringent customs clearance processes. 1. How should I care for my Rareonus jewelry?
General Care:
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics, as they can damage the finish.
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in vigorous activities to prevent damage or tangling.
Store your jewelry in a dry, air-tight container or a soft pouch to avoid scratches and tarnishing.
Cleaning and Polishing:
Regularly clean your jewelry using a soft cloth to remove oils and dirt that can dull its shine.
For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and lukewarm water, gently scrubbing with a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Materials & Craftsmanship
1. What materials are used in Rareonus jewelry? Our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, imitation and natural gemstones, cubic zirconia, imitation and real freshwater pearls. All our materials are nickel and lead-free, ensuring they are safe to use.
2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Our pieces are made from hypoallergenic materials, which is sterling silver. We strive to provide detailed information about the materials used in each piece. If you have sensitivities or preferences regarding certain materials, kindly review our product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
3. Why has my sterling silver tarnished or developed dark marks over time? Sterling silver (925) is an alloy of pure silver with copper and other trace metals. By its very nature, it will gradually react with air and moisture, forming a brown hue or dark patina. This is not a flaw or a sign of poor quality. It is a natural process.
If you prefer a bright, mirror-like finish, simply refresh your piece with a silver polishing cloth. For matte or satin-finished designs, tarnish can be lifted using a gentle home method: place the piece on aluminum foil, sprinkle baking soda, add warm water, and softly rub with a clean cloth.
With care, your silver will continue to age gracefully, whether you keep its natural patina or restore its original shine.
Payment & Security
1. What payment methods do you accept? For local Malaysia, payment is made through bank transfer. We will share the information and guide you to pay. Proof of payment receipt is needed to confirm your order. For international order, we accept payment through PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
